Available soon as an iPhone app is a new game called Trigger Happy Christmas. The game is based on the theme of Santa destroying rogue elves who are out to steal the holiday and they portray Santa Claus with flame throwers and other weapons of elf destruction. The game will likely carry at least a Teen rating due to blood and gore shown from dismembered elves.
The memory of Santa Claus, and in this case, contrary to what Christmas is all about, is sullied by marketers who exploit the image of Santa and Christmas for profit. It will only be seen as a silly game to some. It should be an offense to all.
